Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. General provisions

This privacy policy sets out how CLOUDCORE, MB, company code 308088927, registered address Zanavykų g. 3 - 8, Vilnius, 02113, Lietuva (hereinafter — "CLOUDCORE", "we") collects, uses, stores and processes personal data you provide when visiting CLOUDCORE.lt, registering a client account at /profile, or ordering services.

When processing personal data we follow Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable legislation.

The data controller is CLOUDCORE, MB. For questions about personal data processing, contact us at the email address in section 12.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use our website and services, we may collect the following data:

  • Contact details: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number;
  • Account data: login email and encrypted password, stored in our authentication system, plus profile settings;
  • Order and contract data: ordered services (website development, hosting, domains, email), invoicing details (company code, VAT code, address);
  • Payment data: payments are processed by "Paysera" — we do not store card details, only the payment status and amount;
  • Correspondence data: contact form submissions, live chat conversations with our support team, and email content;
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookie identifiers (see section 5 and our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries and providing consultations;
  • Concluding, performing and administering service agreements (website development, hosting, domains, email, etc.);
  • Managing your /profile client account and the orders, invoices and service status shown there;
  • Processing payments via "Paysera" and issuing VAT invoices;
  • Providing customer support, including live chat and email correspondence;
  • Sending service-related notices (order confirmations, invoices, service expiry reminders);
  • Improving the website and user experience, and — with your consent — analysing traffic and measuring advertising performance;
  • Complying with legal obligations, including accounting requirements.

Legal bases for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b));
  • compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)), including accounting and tax law requirements;
  • legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — for example, ensuring website security, preventing fraud, and responding to your inquiries;
  • your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — for analytics and marketing cookies.

4. Processors and third parties

We use the following data processors and service providers to process your data:

  • CLOUDCORE's own infrastructure — database, user authentication system and file storage;
  • "Paysera" — payment processing (a licensed payment services provider);
  • "Google" (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) — traffic analysis and advertising performance measurement, activated only after you consent via the cookie banner;
  • "Cloudflare Turnstile" — invisible protection against automated abuse (bots) on the contact form, chat widget, and login/signup forms;
  • An email delivery provider (SMTP) — for sending transactional and contractual notifications;
  • Domain registrars and hosting infrastructure providers — for domain registration and website/email hosting services.

We have data processing agreements in place with these providers, or their own terms of use apply. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

When using Cloudflare Turnstile, we may process your IP address, browser and device information, and other technical data necessary to prevent automated abuse.

"Cloudflare Turnstile" protection is covered by a separate Turnstile Privacy Policy Addendum.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies — necessary ones (for the website to function) and optional ones (for analytics and advertising). Optional cookies are only activated after you consent via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. See the full list in our Cookie Policy.

6. Data retention

  • Contact form and correspondence data — up to 2 years from the last contact;
  • Client account and contract data — for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 10 years thereafter (accounting requirements);
  • Invoices and payment records — for the period required by law (typically up to 10 years);
  • Cookie data — see the Cookie Policy.

7. Data security and transfers

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access control, authentication) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful data transfer mechanisms.

8. Automated decision-making

CLOUDCORE does not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

9. Minors

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Your rights
