What is an online booking system?
It's software that lets clients book a service online themselves: they choose the service, specialist and a free slot. The booking appears in your calendar instantly, and the client gets a confirmation and a reminder. It's also called an appointment scheduling system.
How much does an online booking system cost?
There are two options. One-time purchase — €1,990: the booking system plus a unique website for your business with a booking form, choice of staff member and more. Subscription — €50/month for the same (system and website) on a 24-month contract, with every payment counting towards buying the system out.
What's the difference between buying outright and subscribing?
If you buy outright, your copy of the system belongs to you — host it with any provider or on our servers, with technical support and updates free for the first 6 months, then on a maintenance plan of your choice. With a subscription the system runs on our server under your name and brand but remains our property; hosting, updates and technical support are included for as long as you subscribe.
Can I buy the system out?
Yes, at any time. The buyout price is €2,200 minus the subscription payments you've already made: after 12 months you'd pay €1,600, after 24 months €1,000. Once paid, the system and website become your property, with technical support and updates free for the next 6 months — just like a one-time purchase.
Can I cancel the subscription before 24 months?
Yes. If you cancel early, you pay the remaining website build fee — €20 for each month left on the contract. For example, cancelling after 18 months costs €120. You get a full export of your client and visit data.
What happens when the 24-month contract ends?
The subscription continues month to month at the same price, and you can cancel any time with no fees. Or you can buy the system out for €1,000.
Can I try the system before ordering?

Can clients pay for the service online?
Yes, we can integrate the system with Paysera or another payment provider so clients pay in full or leave a deposit when booking.
Does it work for multiple locations or staff?
Yes, each location and staff member can have a separate schedule, while you see bookings across all locations in one place.
Do I need a website?
No. We can embed the booking form into your existing website, link it to your Facebook or Instagram page, or build a new website together with the system.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, both the client booking form and the admin panel are optimised for phone and tablet. The admin panel can be installed on a phone like an app.
Where is client data stored?
On servers in the European Union, processed in line with GDPR. Staff see only the data their role in the system allows.
