Does the domain have to be registered through CLOUDCORE?
No — you can use any domain you own. If it's registered in CLOUDCORE, we handle DNS; if not, you get exact instructions for your registrar.
How many mailboxes do I get with one order?
One order — one mailbox on the selected domain. For multiple addresses on the same company (info@, sales@), aliases or catch-all are most convenient (Business and Pro plans); separate real mailboxes need separate orders.
How much does business email cost?
Basic from €0,30/mo, Pro from €0,70/mo, Business from €1,50/mo — depending on billing period. Longer periods get a bigger discount.
Can I use my own mail app (Outlook, Apple Mail)?
Yes — the mailbox supports standard IMAP/SMTP for any mail app, plus webmail in the browser.
What if I need more addresses later?
On Business and Pro plans you can create unlimited aliases for the same domain at no extra cost. For a separate real mailbox — order another plan.
